Andrew Dawkins

Director

Andrew joined the HopeStreet team in July, 2009. Andrew has served as a Baptist minister since 1983, serving in Randwick, Berowra, and Eatons Hill in Brisbane.

In 2004, Andrew became the Operations Manager at Vision Valley Conference Centre before being promoted to the role of Vision Valley Manager in 2007.

He brings extensive pastoral and management experience to the Director role at HopeStreet.

Andrew’s passion lies in empowering people, and equipping others to do so.  His pastoral career has been dedicated to serving God and serving people and is excited and expectant about the huge opportunities lying ahead in consolidating and expanding the HopeStreet programs to marginalised people of the city of Sydney.

Andrew is married to Raelene, and they have three adult children Josh, Hannah and Mike.
